Successful digital experiences begin with strategy and planning. Web users demand intuitive online experiences consistent with brand expectations and offline interaction, making a complementary, user-centered web and new media strategy more important than ever. An effective strategy has no end date. A good strategy should work to eradicate yesterday's problems, while remaining flexible enough to address tomorrow's opportunities.

Information Architecture (IA)
IA is the categorization of information into a coherent structure that users can understand quickly. Information architecture includes the organization, structure, labeling, and display of content and functionality to support the needs of the systemÕs users. IA also includes the analysis and design of stored data or content objects based upon their attributes and their relationship to other content.

Wireframes
Wireframing is a crucial step in web design as it allows for rapid prototyping and helps to pinpoint potential problems early in the process. A website wireframe, sometimes called a page schematic or screen blueprint, is a visual guide that represents the skeletal framework of a website.

User Experience
User Experience diagrams help to illustrate the tasks and considerations that create a solid user experience. UX diagrams usually focus on the needs, abilities, and thought processes of the users.
